Samsung which sold tons of Galaxy S handsets last year, came up with a younger brother – Galaxy SL(I9003). Now, Samsung is looking to beef up the Galaxy S by launching Galaxy S Plus.
According to our friends at SamsungHub, Samsung will be launching Galaxy S Plus(I9001) which will come with Android 2.3 pre-loaded, a faster 1.4GHz CPU, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, HD video support, 8GB internal memory and 1650mAh battery. The device will be launched by April end in Russia for around $842. There’s no word yet whether the device will be available for rest of the world but going by Samsung, it will launch it in other countries too under different name.
